Connecting Spring UDF 2018 with the Community

PRESENTERS OF SPRING UDF 2018:

The anticipation of the UDF was met with a diverse crowd of community members gathering at a new, Allen Chapel, AME in Kalamazoo, MI. Three projects presented their work or idea to the FEAST and attendees listen and vote on the project they would like to see funded. ALL projects are funded. Congratulations to this year’s Spring 2018 UDF social justice micro-grant recipients.

Paul Frazer, a local business owner, work with male youth and explains his mentoring fishing project to the attendees. The Fishin’ Project earned 57% of total funds received at the FEAST.

 

Michael Dwyer and Raelyn Joyce, representing K.N.O.W, share peaceful rally training for community members, representing 10% of total funds received at the FEAST.
